Breakfast: Kam’s roast goose in Hong Kong.

In Sydney, any Yumcha spot with siu mai and hargow
Order: Drink of choice is always gin and tonic, no matter the occasion. Salted egg yolk prawns are my weakness
Coffee: Starbucks + McDonald’s drive thru. Coffee just needs to do its job so I can too 😂
Order: Long black iced no sugar
Lunch: Chef Gai, Eastwood, Sydney.
Top tier, Taiwanese home style takeaway.
Order:
Taiwanese pork chop, stir fried bitter melon and bamboo shoots stir fried with shredded pork.
Hong Kong BBQ House, Perth
BBQ pork, roast pork and roast duck full plate + white rice and bowl of sauce on the side with chilli oil. This place is by far the best in Australia, don’t @ me.
Special dinner: Ho Jiak Townhall, Sydney.
My bro Junda Khoo’s spot. Vibe is modern Malaysia, Order his laksa bomb it’s 10/10.
The Chairman, feels like I’m walking into someone’s apartment penthouse, very homey, flowercrab with rice noodles. This is the best dish I’ve ever had in my life.
Casual dinner: Howlin Rays, Pasadena LA
Order: Diet Dr Pepper, Howlin burger, chicken waffles. Anything you order it’s a 10/10. Owners one of the coolest dudes I’ve ever met.
The CharGrill Masters, Dianella, Perth
Order: Charcoal Lamb ribs in the family pack with rice, fries and salad. This is a iykyk spot. If you from the hoods of Perth you know. ;)
