Where do you live most of the year?
Sydney, Australia
What do you look for in a restaurant when you walk in?
Overall ambience (not too dark, not too bright), decor, mouth watering smells wafting through the air, an open kitchen and attentive wait staff. I love a waiter who'll order for me because they're that confident with the menu.
What is your final meal?
Home cooked Indian food from mum - specifically Chole and Puris (chickpea gravy curry and fried bread) and Pani Puri.
3 guests for dinner, dead or alive?
Frida Kahlo, Julia Fox and my great great grandmother on my mothers side. The table lore would be crazy.

Ho Jiak in Chinatown for a really great Hainanese Chicken Rice and Nasi Goreng. I used to live in Singapore and this place is closest to the real deal. Also the Teh Tarik hits the spot.
A really recent great meal was Alder in Toronto. Still thinking about the Agnolotti.
